Sweet Rewards wellness incentive program is a simple way to get more involved in your health and be rewarded for it. Employees and spouses who participate in and meet outlined requirements in Sweet Rewards approved programs can each earn up to $650 per calendar year. You can earn this money by completing up to four eligible wellness programs within a year. You can participate in McKeeFIT Move, McKeeFIT Telecoach, or McKeeFIT Lifestyle. The first time you complete a session within a year, you will earn $200. Each subsequent time you complete a session, you will earn $150. Your earned wellness incentive will be deposited into your Health Equity account.

Wellness Programs
